Pure Buildings offer a range of school buildings, standard and bespoke designs to satisfy the needs of both local authority and independent school markets.

Standard Buildings

We have developed a range of single and double ‘Standard’ classrooms to meet current DfES criteria. They are at a fixed competitive price and can be adapted and amended from a menu of separately priced options.

Standard Designs

Design & Build

Pure Buildings will visit your site and discuss your needs. From here we can offer a solution of one of our standard buildings or put together preliminary plans and a costing which can then evolve to the final design of a bespoke building. We also can tender to an existing outline.

All our buildings fully comply with all the necessary DDA and building regulation requirements for the specific purpose of the building.

Not only is the design flexible, so too is the finish. Externally there is a wide choice of materials and colours. Internally wood can either be left exposed, or covered and plastered for a smooth finish or a mixture of both.

In addition Pure Buildings can use any number of the alternative energy sources. From standard boiler driven wet systems or Solar, ground and air sourced heat pumps, to wind and biomass. These systems will all work efficiently within our buildings.

Pure Buildings are very flexibie in both design and finish.

Classrooms

We provide standard single and double classrooms, fully DDA and building control compliant, with full specifications and all finishes with options for:

Cloak areas
Pupil, staff and accessible WC’s
Storage areas
Wet areas
External covered verandas / play areas

Children's Centres

There are a wide variety of Children’s Centre designs to suit your particular site and requirement. As the main contractor, we are responsible for the control and delivery of the project from its conception and design through to its conclusion and handover.
