Standard Build
Educational Buldings
We are in the final processes of developing a range of standard buildings for schools, such as single and double classrooms that comply to all the government’s DfES Building Bulletins particularly BB99, 101, 93, 91 and 87 along with their revisions.
We also fully comply with all building, DDA and fire regulations. These standards will be available with a menu of additions and upgrades which you can choose from to create your own standard along with individual prices so that the building can be tailored not only to size and function but also to price.
Lodges
We have also developed some standard designs for 2 and 3 bedroom lodges (single and double storey) with a menu of additions and upgrades so that you can choose and price your own building.
