Design and Build
Pure Buildings can visit your site and discuss your needs. From here we can offer one of our standard designs or put together preliminary plans and costing which can then evolve to a final bespoke design. Alternatively we can tender to an existing outline.
If planning is required, we can prepare and present all the relevant documents on your behalf. We will also prepare all the relevant documentation to comply with the necessary building control regulations.
Our designs are flexible along with the finish. Externally there is a wide choice of materials and colours available. Internally wood can either be left exposed, or covered and plastered for a smooth finish or a mixture of both.
